In/Out Squat Jumps

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart

Squat down

Jump in with feet together

Repeat

180 Jumps

Start with feed shoulder-width apart

Squat down and jump straight up while turning 180 degrees to face the opposite direction

Repeat

In/Out Plank/Snap Jumps

Start in the push up or plank position

Jump your feet in towards your hands then jump your feet back into a plank

Repeat

In/out = 1

Plank Lateral Jumps/Plank Lateral Hops

Start in the push up or plank position

Jump your feet side to side

Plank Jacks/Scissor Kicks

Start in the push up or plank position

Jump your feet wide keeping your buttocks down. Jump your feet back together.

Repeat

In/out = 1

Jump Lunges

Start with feed shoulder-width apart

Jump into a split leg position, with one leg forward and one leg back, flexing the knees and lowering your hips

While you descend, reverse direction, standing back up and jumping, reversing the position of your legs

Every time you switch your legs = 1 rep



Bench Toe Taps

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart in from of a bench

Place one foot on the bench and accelerate yourself up to slight touch the bench with your toe

Lift your other leg and repeat

Bench Hops

Start with your hands on the bench and your feet placed on one side

Grip the bench and begin to laterally hop over it making sure you clear the bench

Push back off and repeat

Each side = 1 (For example, every time you touch a side that is 1)

X Jumps

Start with feed shoulder-width apart

Squat down and bring opposite hand to your opposite foot --- jump straight up in the air as high as possible
